To reserve your appointment, a valid card is required at the time of booking. Don’t worry— your card won’t be charged unless the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice. This time is set aside just for you and can’t be offered to someone else on short notice, so we truly appreciate your commitment to your scheduled time.

Any changes to your appointment must be made more than 48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid fees. This is because last-minute cancellations or reschedules make it difficult to fill the spot. Your time is important to us and so is making sure we’re able to give everyone the chance to get the TLC they deserve!
Cancellations and/or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the total booked service(s).
No shows will be charged 100% of the total booked service(s) and will not be able to book again.
Please note that after two (2) reschedules and/or cancellations regardless of advanced notice, a nonrefundable deposit may be needed to secure any future appointments.

Please arrive at your appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be subject to cancellation and you will be charged the full price of your booked service(s). Please communicate if you are running late & we will always do our best to accommodate you!

Debit card, credit card, and contactless payments are subject to a 4% interchange fee in addition to your service total(s). Cash payments do not incur any fee. -
Please avoid cell phone usage during your appointment. This includes scrolling the gram, texting, phone calls, etc. Phone usage is distracting and causes unnecessary head and face movements. Additionally, your eyes can become irritated from fume exposure with certain services. We kindly ask that you silence your phone during your appointment & enjoy your "you time". ♡

Whether you simply don’t feel like talking, just want to relax, or are feeling anxious or overstimulated, please ask for a "Silent Appointment” — no judgement & no questions asked!
There will be music playing & conversation will be kept minimal. Just comment "Silent Appointment" at the time of booking.

You’ll receive a confirmation email right after booking, followed by a reminder text two days before your appointment— just to make sure it doesn’t slip your mind!

Please arrive to your appointment with a cleansed face free of makeup. Failure to do so leads to me having to spend extra time cleansing which cuts into your appointment time and will result in your lashes not being as full as they could be.
Mini fills — these are considered 'refreshers' in case you have an occasion where you need your lashes at their very best! Usually done within 7 days of last fill or full set.
Lash Fill (usually around 2 weeks) — you must have at least 50% of your lashes remaining. If you do not, you will be charged an additional $35 maintenance fee or for a full set depending on how sparse your lashes are.
Lash Fill PLUS (usually around 3 weeks) - you must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining. If you do not, you will be charged an additional $35 maintenance fee or for a full set depending on how sparse your lashes are.
Anything over 3 1/2 weeks (23 days) will be considered a full set. No exceptions.
No foreign fills. Please book a removal and new full set if you currently have lashes on from a previous lash artist.
